Venue
Rectorate of NOVA
@ gentilmente cedida pelo Gabinete de Comunicação da NOVA
Located in Campolide, on one of the seven hills of Lisbon, the Rectorate building of NOVA University of Lisbon, designed by the architects Manuel Rocha Aires Mateus and Francisco Xavier Rocha Aires Mateus, was awarded the Portuguese Valmor Prize for Architecture in 2002 (an award that recognises the architectural quality of new buildings in the city of Lisbon). The building interacts with the old Jesuit College (Colégio dos Jesuítas), being located perpendicular to it and allowing a new dimension to the complex.
All sessions of the Scientific Program (oral and poster presentations), Conference Photo (Thursday, September 10, during lunch break) and Welcome Reception, Lunches and Coffee-Breaks will take place at the Rectorate building and adjacent Law School building. The Conference Dinner will take place in a location to be announced soon. For the Social Program of September 12, see here.
