Choose a Fee; add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu); after filling in and confirming the billing address, a "Proforma button" will appear where you can download the document

Cancellation and refund

  • For any cancellation received until May 31, 2026, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged

  • For any cancellation received after May 31, 2026, no refund will be made

  • All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant

  • Refunds will be handled after the Conference

  • Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt

  • If no abstract has been submitted or the fee paid, the registration can be conveniently cancelled in the personal area
