Communications Instructions

Oral Communications

• Plenary Lectures (PL): 40 min plus 5 min discussion

• Keynote Communications (KN): 25 min plus 5 min discussion

• Invited Communications (IL): 15 mins plus 5 min discussion

• Oral Communications (OC): 12 min plus 3 min discussion

• Short Oral (Shotgun) Presentations (SG): 5 min (no disc. time)

Strict respect for the time assigned to all communications is mandatory and will be enforced by the session chair.

Presentations must be downloaded (room PC, running Windows/Microsoft Office; only HDMI) at least during the previous coffee/lunch break to the scheduled presentation time. For the first presentations of the day (mornings), if possible, download them in the previous day. Please check for further information in the reception desk on arrival.

Poster Communications

• Poster Communications (Pt): size A0, portrait

• There will be three poster sessions, one on each day of the conference. Please refer to the Abstract Book to identify the day and poster number allocated to your contribution.

• Posters must be displayed in the designated poster area no later than 8:30 a.m. on the day of the session to which they are assigned.

• Posters should be removed no later than 7:00 p.m. on the same day after the poster session has ended.
  Any posters remaining after this period will be removed and discarded by the Conference Organisers.
