(a) All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

A proforma document can be download at the personal area, but first it is required to fill your data

Cancellation and refund
For any cancellation received until May 31, 2026, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged
For any cancellation received after May 31, 2026, no refund will be made
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant
Refunds will be handled after the Conference
Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt
If no abstract has been submitted or the fee paid, the registration can be conveniently cancelled in the personal area
