(c) A copy of student's card, scholarship contract or similar, must be provided at the respective personal Registration Area.

Accompanying person

For accompanying persons, the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet can be booked individually (separated invoice). Please contact the conference secretariat for more details.

  • A proforma document can be download at the personal area, but first it is required to fill your data

  • Choose a Fee

  • Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)

  • After filling in and confirming the billing address, a "Proforma button" will appear where you can download the document

Cancellation and refund

  • For any cancellation received until May 31, 2026, an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee will be charged

  • For any cancellation received after May 31, 2026, no refund will be made

  • All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant

  • Refunds will be handled after the Conference

  • Any request for refund must be addressed to secretariado@spq.pt

  • If no abstract has been submitted or the fee paid, the registration can be conveniently cancelled in the personal area
